Mantells was started 11 years ago by Annette and Colin Mantell. Daughter Jane, son John and partner Tania manage Mantells. Annette [owner of the acclaimed French Cafe for 16 years], John and Tania have years of experience in the preparation and service of fine food. Widely travelled, they bring the latest international food trends to Mantells. Chefs Adam Moy, Angela Parekowhai, Serge Robertson, Mafi Falekaono and Phillip Spilhaus complete our team of full time chefs. Francois Cooney, the city's best known and loved Maitre'D, is the other key member of Mantells Mt Eden.
