Mantells was started 6 years ago by Annette and Colin Mantell. Son, John and partner Tania manage Mantells kitchen. Chefs Annette [owner of the acclaimed French Cafe for 16 years], John and Tania have years of experience in the preparation and service of fine food. Widely travelled, they bring the latest international food trends to Mantells. Adam Moy and Angela Parekowhai, who have worked at Auckland's finest restaurants, complete our team of 5 full time chefs. Francois Cooney, the city's best known and loved Maitre'D, is the other key member of Mantells Mt Eden.
